Primary customer: Large pharmaceutical companies interested to increase their CNS related substance portfolio with phase I-II tested candidate drugs.

Problems we want to solve: During stress and menstrual cycle steroid are produced that induce symptoms and disorders. Especially steroids enhancing GABA at the GABA-A receptor in the brain (GABA-steroids) are harmful. Symptoms and disorders can be alleviated by inhibition of the GABA- steroid effect on the GABA-A-receptor Identified drug platforms and disease indications.

The negative action of GABA-steroids results in e.g.
